Altreonix is a small design studio offering structured website builds and brand identity work. We operate as a sole proprietorship based in Tamil Nadu, India.

Contact form. When you fill out our contact form, you share your name, country, email address, company name (optional), type of project, budget range, timeline (optional), and a project summary.

Project correspondence. If an engagement begins, we may receive project briefs, feedback, questionnaire responses, and other information you share over email or during the project.

Technical data. The site logs basic technical information when you visit: IP address, browser type, device type, and pages visited. If you accept analytics cookies, Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics record anonymous usage patterns to help us improve the site.

Outreach contacts. We may obtain business contact information from publicly available sources or business data platforms for relevant outreach. If you receive outreach from us, you can opt out by replying or using the unsubscribe link in the email. We rely on legitimate interest as the legal basis for this outreach, balanced against recipient rights through clear identification, immediate opt-out, and non-retention of recipients who decline.

Legal basis. Under GDPR and equivalent frameworks, our processing relies on:

• Contractual necessity for responding to inquiries and delivering contracted services.

• Legal obligation for retaining project records and invoices for accounting and tax purposes.

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information.

We use a small number of third-party services to run the site and deliver projects:

• Cloudflare Workers hosts our forms backend at forms.altreonix.com, which validates and routes contact form submissions to our email.
• Cloudflare Pages hosts the website and processes basic request data.
• Email outreach platforms (such as SmartLead) are used for sending business outreach emails.
• Google Workspace handles our email correspondence.
• Payment processors (Stripe, PayPal, Wise, or similar) handle invoicing and payments when engagements begin. We do not store payment card numbers or bank details ourselves.

Some of these providers are based outside the European Economic Area. Where applicable, transfers rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards.

We do not share your information with anyone else unless required by law or with your explicit consent.

The site uses browser localStorage to remember your light or dark mode preference and your cookie consent choice. This storage is strictly necessary for the website's functionality and does not require consent under ePrivacy rules.

We use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics to understand how visitors interact with this site. These tools set cookies that track anonymous usage patterns. You can decline these cookies via the consent banner shown on your first visit, or revoke consent at any time using the "Cookie preferences" link in the footer.

Project records and payment invoices are retained for up to seven years for accounting and legal purposes.

Contact form submissions and general correspondence are kept for a reasonable period and deleted when no longer relevant.

If you ask us to delete your information, we will do so unless retention is legally required.

Access to client project data is limited to those who need it for the work. No system is perfectly secure. We handle information with care.

Our services are not directed at individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

The site may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their privacy practices.
